Executive Chef Saša Računica has earned Vapor a reputation as one of the finest restaurants in the city. Računica uses Mediterranean ingredients as the base for his menu, experimenting with herbs and spices, and elements of international cuisine, to create a unique, new style of regional cooking. Sample the seven-course tasting menu for the full Vapor experience. The dining room is also open in the morning for breakfast, when the light and airy space is flooded with sunlight.

Beach Restaurant Nevera



Seafood by the beach

Beach Restaurant Nevera is a unique dining experience, offering the best of Dalmatian and Mediterranean cuisine with influences from Asia and the Western Pacific. Dine overlooking the pebbly beach or relax in your bathing suit while enjoying a lobster grilled au point, served on locally picked rocket salad. Inside, a man-made cave has been converted into a wonderfully quirky dining room, with whitewashed walls and spotlights made from timeworn mariners’ chains. In the evening, enjoy fresh, grilled fish from the islands, and some of the world’s finest calamari while sampling Croatia’s most exclusive wines.
