One of the most visited fine-dining restaurants in Dubrovnik, we recently hired celebrated Executive Chef Thierry Caruel to take the Victoria to even greater heights. Caruel’s esteemed career included stints at Harrods and the Four Seasons in London. Caruel’s signature dish – herb breaded lamb chops with courgettes, Provencal cannelloni, garlic comfit and black olive tapenade – highlights the extraordinary attention to detail that is his trademark. We recommend sampling the local wines from the extensive wine list and one of the locally inspired cocktails with evocative names such as Blue Adriatic and Dubrovnik Autumn at the adjoining Lounge Bar.
La Caravelle Restaurant and Piano Bar
